Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item received

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, W.O.R. will provide a replacement item or an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Important Notes

• All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment.

• Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

• Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper use, or customer handling are not eligible for replacement or refund.
