Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where applicable)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. W.O.R. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

W.O.R. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
